New Tier Armor Movie
We’ve seen pictures of the new tier gear, but pictures don’t always do things justice. I was critical of the Rogue gear and rightfully so, the helm looks like shit. But, in the Rogue gear’s defense, the particle effects make it badass. Take a look at this video, its long and you get a good look at all the models that are available. Keep in mind though, the maker of the video does note that the Hunter helm and shoulder particle effects are not in the video.

Tiered gear, maybe 8 or even maybe the next set of Gladiator gears. Definently not tier 7 considering blues already posted they’re re-using Naxx gear (potential recolorings) for the Tier 7 gear.

Blizz has stated in one of the recent Blizzcasts or something (can’t remember original post) that pvp and pve sets WILL BE DIFFERENT

Mages, being purple power rangers since WotLK release. -.- Seriously, why mages have some kind of a vest, instead of a robe?
I have hated all of the mage sets from tier 4 on, and the same holds true for this set. I think the shoulders look like plate and the rest of it is so plan and boring. Also are those pants? What kind of mage wears pants?
I hate this set and I really hope something good looking comes out for mages in the future, recently it has all just been downhill.

hunter= wtf, horrible
shaman= n/a. fuck, i was eager to see it

Most of the sets look like epic fail to me really. Although, I suppose it does fall in line with Blizzard’s intentions for WOTLK to be more traditional to the Warcraft feeling than TBC has been.
Or something. Regardless of which, I’ve seen better sets than these. Although, I have to say, the hunter one does appeal to me in a way. Has its charms. The rest… well, w/e.

Couple things wrong….
Mage helm? Shadow form for priests? Other classes? And Blizz needs to fix up the lock gear a little bit… (lol) maybe they could use more of that purple color at the bottom of the robe and fix the back of the helm.
