A Blue post today announced that PTR testers can get free TCG loot to test and have fun with:

As a bit of extra fun for this PTR session, we will be allowing players the chance to redeem some of the new UpperDeck loot cards. We encourage any players on the PTR to visit Landro Longshot in Booty Bay to redeem the following items:

• Path of Illidan – Code 1111
• Disco Ball – Code 2222
• Ethereal companion – Code 3333

All you need to do is input the above codes when visiting Landro, and that’s it!

Path of Illidan – Gives players a stack of 50 consumable charges that, when used, will give their character a trail of glowing green footprints behind them when they run or walk. Your enemies will fear you!

Disco in a Box – Creates a disco ball in a box in front of the player. The disco ball turns even the dreariest dungeon into the next Azerothian Studio 54, giving off an array of lights that is enough to cheer up even the most depressed-looking undead!

Ethereal Suit – This item will transform your character’s appearance into that of a member of The Consortium! Ethereals are astral travelers; they are pure-energy beings that most often appear in their specially enchanted wrappings that keep their energy forms bound within the humanoid shape. When they move, they typically leave light streaks in their wake. These are very cool looking creatures and will be extremely popular!
