		<description>Thing is, Blizz./Viv. *needs* to do stuff like that to show people that they&#039;re not just some passive company that stands by and lets people break their NDA/ToS/Eula. That is, they can&#039;t let people believe they condone such actions; if they did, it&#039;d make all the agreements/terms they set forth in their business utterly worthless. I mean, hell, look at how Blizz. hasn&#039;t touched this site yet. They know it&#039;ll go on and on, it&#039;s just standard business practice.</description>
