WotLK Beta Download Available, Beta Imminent [UPDATED]
Details are scetchy at the moment. All that is known is that it is 2.04gb and takes a month to download. Also of note, the Alpha forums (both EU and US) where wiped clean today and the start of Beta forums is starting to show (see pic below).
The official Beta Site is now live! Other resources with the site are Official Forums and a FAQ site.

lolnubs Amen to that. Alex if I had a key I wasn’t going to use, there is no way I would ever give it to you. You sound to me from the way your typing & whining about it, that your about 9 years old. You can’t just say to someone I want a key, you sign up on a list & if your lucky you get sent one. There are over 10million ppl currently signed up to play wow, & at the very least half of them are signed up on a list to join beta. If you haven’t signed up on the list your chances of getting a key are 0. If your brother did get a key there is a possiblity it was b/c he is a moderator on a site that deals with wow, they did seem to try to give them out first to ppl from the addon communities for their testing, & to major sites that host wow related info. Not some minor one, but to the major ones like http://www.curse.com that everyone knows about. Yes I want a beta key, yes I’m signed up for it, but you don’t see me crying about not having one then begging for someone to just give one to me. Honestly with the way you were acting on here I would hope your never given the beta key. To tell the truth from what you were saying on here you remind me of one of those ppl that get beat by a class in pvp then go on the forums begging to have that class nerfed. You sound just like my little cousin that plays on PTR’s that have premades enabled & spends money to play on the arena servers b/c he gets a free 70 to play with & free epics. When he could be on live leveling up a real character that won’t get deleted & earn epics that he can keep. If there was a way for us to get free beta keys, I highly doubt anyone would share it. Oh, & about downloading beta, there are several sites that you can download it from, you just can’t play it until you get a key. Grow up, & stop acting like my 2 year old son at least he has an excuse for acting like a baby, whats yours?

I just got a beta key in my email and i was wondering if upgrade my account to WoTLK will i still be able to log onto my BC account and raid with my guild? cuz thats the only thing stoppying me from upgrading my account to WoTLK
