The graphics a bit patehtic tbh, id have hoped for it to seem like the water actually freezes leaving a rapidly disintergrating patch of land behind if you know what i mean.
But i was always tempted to level a priest just for waterwalking :) and now i can do this instead :)

I hope that little icey “poof” cloud gets changed.
should look more like icebound fortitude.

  • Dokhidamo said:

So if this remains a perma-buff (so long as you activate it), it is doomed for a nerf or removal.

  • Guido said:

The animation is a bit pathetic indeed…

  • Ostar said:

Is this something that needs to be activated or is it passive?

  • Ace said:

Yeah the animations are lame… the water should turn icy beneath his feet instead poofing behind him o.O. but really cool ability though :D

  • AD said:

Probably will be like the shaman water walking, breaks the buff when the character takes damage.

  • Seren said:

I think it needs to be activated. At least it looked like the Orc activated it in the vid..or maybe that was the mount he was summoning?

  • goatman said:

im pretty sure the animation isnt done. besides they did just put it into the game

  • nethya said:

do you have to active this? or is this passive?! if you think about you can call it OP. its really not that big of a deal. but maybe it should only work while in frost aura or something?

  • ChaosHaven said:

All we need now is a sound file with “Hallelujah!” on it being played during the waterwalking =P

  • Sarac said:

He activates it, if you look on the bottom right, Path of Frost icon lights up, and then you see the white frost activate. Then he starts summoning the mount.

  • Sarac said:

The “buff” icon also comes appears when he activates it.

  • Sarac said:

Last post, I promise. :) The animation for it looks like the “snowball impact” graphic, so chances are it’s just a placeholder animation, till the real one is implemented.

Being able to ride across water while mounted will be both incredibly awesome and usefull in many situations…such as taking shortcuts to different points in AB. :)

  • Seren said:

This will make getting around Zangar much more enjoyable :)

  • Rokar said:

I’m all for cosmetics but don’t Death Knights…. have enough already? :/

  • K said:

Hey cool! A shortcut to the Blacksmith.

Learned spell from the DK trainer.
Probably currently bugged. Affects all around you in a small radius, even if they are not in your party/raid.

Why does nobody wonder that most DK are green now? *lol*
    Did I miss something??

  • zarus said:

How is this fair Shamans had the same ability with water walking Pre-BC and it was deemed overpowered and yet now they are giving it to DK.

  • Thesire said:

Well – I didn´t mean the “green” DK skin, but the ugly “green aura” lot´s of DK have since 8820.
    Don´t know why that is?

  • Cross64 said:

The Blood tree talent “Bloodworms” is currently bugged and makes any death knight spec’d into it turn green. Blizz will fix it eventually.

  • lemele said:

Watching this while ‘Do you love me’ (the contours) was playing is hilarious.
