New Honor Items for Honor Reset Revealed [with Poll]
We now know that the honor system will be reset once WotLK goes live, this also includes all of your marks of honor. We were told in the announcement that they would provide us with a means to spend all of our collected honor and marks, and here are those new items:
EyonixAll of the gems that can be purchased with honor will have the Bind on Pickup and Unique-Equipped tags removed so multiples of them can be equipped and they can be traded (or auctioned). The new items that will be available are:

This is wrong, everyone has the opportunity to start stockpiling now so no excuses if you don’t try. Every Arena team has done this at the end of a season to buy the next season gear as soon as the season starts so what’s the difference? Speaking of Arenas, why are they not wiping arena points also…or are they? The fire has started, apply your gas generously.
They announced that they are wiping arena points and rating long before the honor reset announcement. And those who are rerolling DKs as their mains don’t have an opportunity to stockpile, which probably has something to do with this decision.
Its only fair, new expansion new landmass, its only unfair those got no life to stick there marks and honor/ arena points and at moment they hit 80 can buy best pvp epics.
This is bad for serveral ways.
Unfair atvantages.
PVE will die before it even started.
my question is, how much honor points will these things cost? yeah they are great and all but what if they are like 30k honor and u cant get that much before wotlk? then bassicly all ur honor points will be lost and u get nothing for them. as a warrior im going to get 2 2h weps so i can go titans grip at the patch… so ill have no honor but i still want these items.

They should wipe gold too. All those people with 30k are going to buy up resources and PL professions then buy up BOEs to gear up before everybody else. That would be the most fair right? Don’t forget to knock everybody at seventy down to fifty-five so DKs aren’t behind in leveling. Or…
…they could just not wipe honor. As much as I love this game it’s developed by greedy retards and consumed by just plain regular ones. WotLK and DK better be balls to the wall fun or I just might /cancel for the fifth time for the last time.
I actually put forward an idea similar to this on the Beta so maybe some Dev has listened. This will be a chance to fix some of the server faction imbalances.
For instance on 2 of the servers I play on the Alliance Faction absolutely destroys the Horde and on the third server I play it is the other way around.
As a horde player on all 3 servers I can testify how much more difficult it is to get honor and marks on the servers where you are the underdog. When you literally win under 10% consistently in EotS for instance it takes forever to get the marks, meanwhile the other faction is gearing up fast with very easy wins.
This then starts a vicious circle because, because you are earning honor way slower most of your team mates are generally carrying inferior equipment which in turn means you lose even more, as lets face it equipment > Skill in WoW.
For the other faction they experience the opposite effect. As most of their team are carrying superior equipment they can generally afford to carry a few noobs without ever endangering their chances of wining. And these poorly equipped people get equipped in lightning fast time compared to the weaker faction.
I seem to remember that Blizz introduced a battleground matching algorithm a long time ago in order that both sides would be similarly equipped however if you level a character straight to 70 and enter a battleground you will know pretty soon that this algorithm is either badly broken or doesn’t exist.
YEAH LETS WIPE GOLD QQ more tard so their wiping honor they did it before bc and it worked out just fine farming honor isnt hard or really time consuming to the extent where you do 10 raids and dont get a upgrade so quit crying
