The Drakkensryd and some Blue News
Hats off to the quest developement team! Falco posted about this level 80 quest that takes place at Temple of Storms: The Drakkensryd. As you can see in the video below, the objective is to kill 10 of the dragons flying around the top of the temple. You use a harpoon to get from dragon to dragon. Reports are in that sometimes the quests bugs out and you end up falling a VERY LONG way down to your death. Either way, should be an easy fix. It’s just another example of the new direction of quests in WotLK.

that quest is absolute piss for a hunter. had to respec to surv to be able to kill one every 2 minutes using most cds. hats off to them indeed.

Yes, you are kiling the riders, not the dragons…
would be more fun if it is was some HUGE epic battle with the freindly dragons and enemy dragons all flying around in a sphere shape blasting each other and you jumping from dragon to dragon taking them out, and also add special effects only flying could bring like 90% angle dives and going upside down… that would be WICKED!!!!!! :D

Ok. That is made of equal parts win and awesome. It would be great if it was doable with player owned flying mounts. Aerial PvP FTW ^^

Is that the actual game music playing? If it is it, sounds awfully like a Zelda song.

This quest looks like it’s going to bring some Hunter tears. Looks like some fun spamming mongoose bite and raptor strike in the exp…sigh.
