Unholy AOE Video Guide
I’ve been a fan of Jame’s leveling guides for a long time. Jame’s really makes a science out of questing and leveling, his skills in organizing not only quest routes and grinding but being able to put it into a guide that is super easy to follow makes his guides unparalleled. This is NOT a sales pitch either because all of his guides are FREE! Now that beta is ending and WotLK is near, Jame’s has focused his ability to make guides into the Death Knight class and he will soon be releasing his first ever class specific leveling guide (Death Knight of course!). He has a blog set up aside from WoW-Pro. You can check it out at jamewowpro.blogspot.com. I highly encourage any future Death Knight to follow the making of his guide, if it is anywhere near the quality of his Alliance and Horde leveling guides then you will be in for a real treat!

First, I like his guides as well, i follow them all the time to lvl my alts.
Interesting vids, though can’t really tell much off them unless you have a link to the spec we was when he made those, but atleast you could tell that he was within 3 levels of the mobs since you could see both yellow mobs and green mobs (and mobs turn green at 3 below the player) so if those where 58-59 birds then he was 61, if they where the 57-58 ones then he was 60… I can’t remember what level those birds are since its been a while since I have done hellfire.
That was the nice thing about the vids, you could actualy tell that he was not 20 levels above them mobs since though reading the #’s on the mobs levels would still be hard (or maybe its because its late and I need sleep) either way you could tell the colors on the levels and you could see it was a mix between yellow and green.

She’s wearing the DK starting blue set, no glyphs, no enchants.
The mobs are Bonestripper Vultures, all level 61-62.

I like these videos they give a good sense of what death knights can do. Plus, I’ve used James’ guides before and they’ve worked extremely well.

This is actually one of the very first “gameplay” movies I checked out about the Death Knight, did not want to spoil the experience too much.
I intend on leveling a Death Knight to 80 even before my main, a mage, because this class looks so awesome. I am one of those guys commited to Horde because of my guild and having wasted a few tears because I always would have liked to play a paladin but never had the chance for I would never roll a Bloodelf (asthetics).
I cant wait to check out your tips for rookie DKs.
I am really a fan of exploring the content on your own but I will have to reach 70 as soon as possible so I can level with my buddies (still I need to bring up mining/Blacksmithing before that :-E) so I will check out your guide for sure.
Of course my good comrade, the BC leveling guide will accompany me too :-P

Good video and guide, Jame. I just spec’d unholy from blood and would have been lost without the guide and gone back to boring old blood spec. =) Good music too!
This isn’t entirely on topic, but related…
I noticed that you use key bindings. I do too. But how do you target? Tab? Whenever I tab target its real unreliable and random, you seem to be pretty accurate in getting what you want.
