NethearaWith the latest patch release, we’ve added two new arenas: the Dalaran Sewers and the Ring of Valor in Orgrimmar. These arenas offer new obstacles and challenges for strategy savvy players. The arenas have been added to the random rotation and are accessible via the queue system as Skirmishes. For more information on these two new arenas, please visit http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/insider/11/arena.xml . Both Dalaran Sewers and the Ring of Valor will also be available for tournament play during Arena Season 5.
Here is a video of the Dalaran Sewers (couldn’t find one for Ring of Valor):

These 2 new arena maps are very interesting for a Death Knight because of the layout of each respective map.
Dalaran sewers:
Dalaran sewers is situated with a raised platform square in the middle of the map, and ditches along the outside edge. There are stairs on the four corners for access to the platform, otherwise the platform is too high to jump up to, and can be used for Line of Sight advantages. Death Knights have a great advantage here, because quite often the opposing team will stick together either in the ditch or on the platform, and you can use Death Grip to your advantage. Those mages that are hangin out in the ditch waiting for you to show your face? Death Grip one of them up to the platform for you and your waiting friend to destroy. Healer hanging out on the platform with his partner? Death Grip one of them into the ditch and get a good 2 or 3 seconds of dps on him.
The Ring of Valor has an interesting component: temporary pillars. These pillars raise up from the floor for certain durations. They start flush with the floor, then after a while, raise up in the air. If a healer or range class is able to get on one of these pillars as they raise up, he or she can get out of range of melee attacks and just sit there and cast. Is this a problem for the Death Knight class? NOPE! Pull that sucka off of there and right into the deadly swing of your weapons (and hopefully into the weapons of your partner too).
I’ve only just started doing arena with my Death Knight, and I’m realizing now that Death Grip is wicked waffle awesome and can turn the fight in your favour.
Fight on, Death Knights!
