Last Post Before the WotLK Chaos

The fruition of our 15 month wait it upon us. The site has had it’s ups and downs, but for the most part has continued to grow and develop into, what I feel, the number 1 spot for Death Knight Information. Our forums are closing in fast on 4,000 members. That is a staggering number considering this is a class fan site for a class that (technically) isn’t released yet. I’m proud of what WE have made this site into, I’m excited about where it is headed, and look forward to seeing us all hit 80 with our new Death Knights!

Here are a few important links and blue posts that might help your transition into WotLk a little smoother.

Netheara also posted earlier that the official forums where once again changed to read only.

All forums on the official World of Warcraft forums will be temporarily switched over to read-only mode. While we would like to make every effort to ensure the forums allow the community to interact with each other, the current situation does not allow for this, or allow Blizzard to relay information to the community. Thus, all forums will be available as read-only to allow us to share information with the public. We hope that we can keep the limitation of access to a minimum and revert the forums to full functionality as soon as possible.

Going to a midnight release somewhere? Plan on waiting in line to get your hands on WotLK? TAKE PICTURES! Better yet, send them to me! I’ll be running a gallery here on the site to showcase the opening day events and pictures of peoples newborn Death Knights. Here is what I want:

Midnight Release Photos! - Take pictures from your midnight release journeys! Send pictures to me, preferably with when and where they were taken!

Newborn Death Knight Pictures!- Take screenshots of your newly created Death Knight and put on them your name, region (US, EU, etc.) and what server!

Lets see how WotLK spreads across the world in pictures!

** remember engrave the pictures with as much info as possible, you can easily do that in MS Paint or other similar programs**

all i can say is thanks for dkinfo, is one of the few sites i check daily when i need to take a break from work, and i hope the site keep runing for more years and be a main portal for DK players
