DUAL specs. DUAL. There is no “e” in DUAL.

A “DUEL” is when two people fight. :)

Maybe they mean a separate spec for dueling? Give them a break, Blizzard employees are only human, and are indeed still capable of making typos.

I would really like to see how they implement dual specs. It will definitely make things easier for classes who’s effectiveness can vary depending on spec in certain cases.

I’m one of those people that likes the way healing has changed, but it is good to hear that they are still looking into it pretty heavily to make it more “fun”. I play a paladin, and while I could tank, or dps, I have always been a healer, and have a hard time getting into any other role. I was healing back in Molten Core, man how things have changed since then, but I still find that the only thing I enjoy doing is healing.

Coming Death Knight changes isn’t much of a shocker, they are after all the newest class in the game, and very different from any other class in the way their resources work. I’m enjoying my DK, though I haven’t managed to reach the endgame stuff yet. It’s certainly a welcome change from the standard mana loving casters, or rage/energy wielding melee classes.

I’d like to hear more about how the dual specs would work. I know that everything is liable to change at any time, but I currently haven’t the first clue as to how they’d work. GC mentioned you can change specs out of town. I assume you’d have to be out of combat as well. I also assume that changing specs would NOT be possible in BGs / arenas / PvP enviroments.

What do you all think? Would changing specs be doable from a button on the minimap? Is it going to have a cost of any sort? A cooldown?

As far as Death Knight changes are concerned, I’m almost scared. I know Blizzard knows what they’re doing, but I have already adapted to how my DK works as is. I agree Rune Strike needs to be toned down. A lot. Removing the Pestilence cooldown would be amazing. I level through AoE, so this is my basic attack rotation: Icy Touch -> Plague Strike -> Pestilence -> Death and Decay (glyph’d) -> Scourge Strike (or Death Strike) -> Blood Boil -> Blood Boil -> RP Dump -> Scourge Strike (or Death Strike) -> Repeat accordingly. If my main target isn’t dead, I use my Pestilence right before the diseases fade. It’d be really nice if I could do just that and cast Pestilence again to go back to that fully diseased main target.

I’m overall extremely pleased with the class and Blizzard’s ability to introduce something so new with so few problems. Kudos.
