If properly made i think it would be awesome, and it would be hell of alot easier to get small raids and heroics going, wich again also gives room for more spots to ppl who usually are only 1 spec (mainly dps hybrid classes), personally id spec dps and tanking on my DK and tanking/healing on my pala.

im looking forward to see how they gonna work it out.

dul is good feels like the wow team has played some issue 13 city of heroes/villains though as this dual spec was set in cox in issue 13. not saying its a bad thing, jsut pointing it out.

anyways as a “retri for life” bloodelf palladin i find this a good change since now i can be usefull as healer(as retri i been dropped out from lot of guild activities). yes the looting will get interesting though on bop items.

I agree with Rick, the main reason for this when/if it does hit is to fix the issue with there being 148 dps characters to 1 heal and 1 tank during the leveling process making finding a group group a pain in the *** because the people who are tanking/healing in PuGs during leveling are unfamiliar with the play style (not to mention totaly not geared for it) and can’t do it well…

As for me, I have leveled as prot, I have leveled as holy, I know how to do it with mediocer gear (IE half dps gear 1/2 gear for spec due to that is how I had to level them the first time)… I would emjoy tanking or healing for lower level instances at the level I am suppose to without having to level as prot/holy again because it was painful enough the first time through and only reason I did it was to learn how to play the roll due to if you level dps and then switch to tank or heals you don’t really know your spec and so aren’t near as efficient.

I want to be one of those healers/tanks who has a “friend” who does the other needed roll (tank or healer) that plays at the same time who at any time can go “Tank and healer looking for 3 dps for (instance)” and only spend 5-10 minutes looking for a group if I want to PuG rather then guild run (out of bordem) rather then one of those DPS going “LF Healer and tank then good to go” and spending 2 hours just to find someone to only have group break up 5 minutes in due to people having to leave due to the time it took to find healer/tank was longer then the instance takes to run. But at the same time want to be able to kill outside of instances due to most the time is ouside soloing not inside grinding.

Honestly i will be using 2 PvP specs I dont plan on being in the same arena group every week and I will then be able to swap between 2 specs that best suit the situation I am in, for example if Im with a mage or a healer or a warlock I will be frost for the hungering cold and other spells allowing me to freeze the enemies attacking my partner if not Id go blood because I will be blood for the self healing since no healer I will be staying alive and be helping my partner.

Where’s the option for PvP spec and an another PvP spec? :p That’s what I intend to do and swap between those according to presumable enemy team or to the bracket size.

Not sure I’d even use this on my Paladin, but I would like to duel spec my DK.
