He was stating that if you watch patchnotes on the website you should have known about it already. Not a word was said about his opinion of the patch :\

Well, considering that Naxx 25 is even difficulty with Naxx10 except for the herding cats aspect, it’s a pretty durned safe bet that Ulduar10 will be measurably harder than Naxx25.

I know this might seem like a stupid question to someone that knows the answer, but does anyone know which is going to be more difficult, Naxx 25, or Ulduar 10? Ulduar is higher tier than Naxx, but what about Naxx heroic?
