PTR Build 9733, Tier 8 Stat Updates, New Site?

The latest PTR build showed very few changes, mostly spell changes, this might be a good sign that fine tuning is taking place and a live release may be soon. Below are the DK changes and some updated tier 8 pics via MMOC.

9733 Death Knight Changes

General

None

Blood

None

Frost

Howling Blast cooldown has been reduced from 10 sec to 8 sec.

Rime now has a 15% chance to reset the cooldown on Howling Blast and cause your next Howling Blast to consume no runes.

Unholy

Death Strike damage has been lowered, it now deals 60% weapon damage (down from 75%) plus 178.2 (down from 222.75) for Rank 5.

Night of the Dead has been moved from Tier 8 to Tier 4.

Ghoul Frenzy has been moved from Tier 6 to Tier 7.

Master of Ghouls has been moved from Tier 4 to Tier 6.

New Site?

This may be a bit premature in even posting about, but keep an eye out on a new site I have in the works. Like the community we have formed here at DKinfo? Well the idea behind the new site will be a community driven site like our forums here, only with the entire WoW community in mind. That’s all I can really say right now. My crazy schedule as of late is slowing everything down, but hopefully I will have more news on it soon.
