That kid is a terror to everyone he or she meets, and his or her parents just stand by and let them "act out". Imagine that kid, with no discipline, getting hooked on WoW. Now, imagine the family hits some sort of issue with the WoW addiction...money or just being tired of the kids crap. The younger sibling hears what is going down and gets prepped for the hammer to drop (he has his own potable web-cam, so he is probably just as spoiled as his brother). Junior has his first true passion taken from him, and he reverts to his 5-year-old self throwing a tantrum. I think mom and dad deserve a beating for letting their kids get this far gone.
