One is ,as seen in Warhammer, people gravitate to the most powerful guild . Small ones go under causing discontent and people get frustraited and quit playing. On one hand adding special abilities to the guild makes each unique, but on the same note it will create the 'm better then attitude, not to mention this is World of Warcraft. NOT Ragnarok Online.
