MMOC posted up some new data mined info from the most recent PTR build (9386). With it comes a new two handed blacksmithed tanking weapon. The image shows it to be a sword, but model looks like an axe. I’m sure this is just a data error, we’ll see though. Tanks rejoice! between this and the new tanking runeforge we can dang near wear full dps gear! (okay, not really). Either way, I’m glad this surfaced before I had my Destroyer made.

DK’s have been wondering since release why our Sigil supply seemed to be in short demand. In recent blue posts, Ghostcrawler said that more Sigils would be added to help us get rid of that starting Sigil that we’ve had since creation. Well here they are:

One of the first dungeons you’ll hit after entering Northrend is The Nexus. The Nexus isn’t the ideal instance to run in terms of Death Knight boss drops. There is actually only one useful drop inside the instance, the rest of the Nexus loot comes via quest rewards. Nothing makes leveling easier than a nice weapon! Once you’re in Northrend you get the opportunity early on for a weapon that will last a good 5-7 levels. The Axe of Frozen Death can easily be obtained at level 68, is a nice source of EXP while obtaining and gives a few other nice quest rewards in the process.
