Probably is. Seems more like a hunter thing to me though. Hopefully it'll have a long cooldown (10-15 Minutes probably/hopefully). But seeing as apparently Kalgan's girlfriend/wife plays Rogue, probably not.


Edit: Just dawned on me; With the combination of crit and haste, Enh/Ele shamans just became a walking juggernaut of destruction, plus these talents? Jebus.

It says Improved Invisibility state though. Rogue abilities usually say Stealth. That means it could be a mob ability. Mages have the actual Invisibility, but the name Camouflage doesn't fit the motif of the class (but it does fit Rogues).

Here's the Earthliving weapon/Lava Burst thingy for Shamans:

Bloodworm is probably the spell that the talent runs when Infested Corpse procs, so it's internal. Ice Slash / Frost Cleave sound like mob abilities (no ranks for spells that'd sound like they do).

Unless they make 2.3-2.8 speed daggers, it will never be an upgrade.

I still would've tossed the dagger. Harder Stormstrikes and more WF procs > whatever upgrade that dagger would be unless it was a massive one. (>6 level difference.)
