Well sorta. Today they officially announced the Achievement System and at the same time showed us the interface on getting your hair did. Over a month ago with posted about the achievement command and the menu that it brings up in the alpha game files. Today Blizzard made it official on WotLK official site. Here is an official glimpse at the upcoming achievement system.
