Here are a couple of DK related screens from WotLKWiki. Like most every other picture posted here, I can’t give any insight. Although just from looking it is easy to speculate and guess. Like this first one for example, clearly this is our Ghoul in action.

NoggAholic loaded up another in game video showing two cow DK’s blowing shit up and killing things. The Vimeo movie is nice, but to truely get a taste I would advise downloading the small AVI file. In it you can see rune regeneration, summoned pets (better) and the weird DK drinking.
