Today shareholders voted unanimously in approval of the Activision/Blizzard merger that was announced last December. In the deal Blizzard’s parent owner Vivendi will become the 52% majority owner in the newly formed Activision Blizzard after buying $1.7 billion worth of stock. What does this mean to us WoW gamers?
